I've been to both Zagreb and Ljubljana  - I was driving around Europe with a mate, circa 2008.

I don't think we punted in either city, but we did punt in Czech Rep and Slovakia. The set-ups we went to were what I would call a party house. Usually a house or apartment that had a bar and a number of girls working there. You go in to the bar, have a drink, the maid shows you the girls or pictures of the girls and off you go. I'm pretty sure that you will find a similar set-up.

What we found was that cab drivers and bar owners seem to know where these places are. It all seemed pretty safe, unlike Hungary 

Both cities are beautiful, especially Ljubljana, it has a lively centre set on the river, quite touristy.

I found two Strip Clubs near my hostel, one opposite the other despite the road change the name from one side to the other:

Ljubljana is not great for escorting. International sites are not an option and local sites like External Link/Members Only require registration. The tricky part is that they only admit numbers from ex Yugoslavia republics, Austria, Hungary, and Germany.

There were two good strip clubs that were fine:
