I went to Talinn 3 years ago, like a wasteland. One massage place in city centre where you can get a HJ. We discussed some action out of town
run by Russians but didn't take up the offer as seemed a bit dodgy. Great city though, reasonably priced food and booze and Russian Hotel Museum worth go!
