How many people would complain about a "facilitation / introduction / currency conversion fee? "

A place I was working we had credit cards for small purchases (up to £2000) and they were handed out like sweets to foreign visitors and often they were abused. Finance used to send the statement around months later, asking if we knew what "starlight services" was. I'd probably say "solving emergency lighting erection problems".
