Comms: Easy at first. Made contact and agreed a date and time. Some while later, I was asked to move the time (exact reason unclear) which didn't entirely fit with my travel plans. I declined and suggested I make contact again soon to re-arrange. A bit later still, I was offered a new time (just slightly later than original) which I could do. All agreed. One hour later, she tells me this (new & agreed) time wasn't possible either.
All told, I've spent too much time pissing about on text trying to arrange something really quite simple. Straight red. Cannot be arsed. Although looks fit.
