Comms: I booked through Diva to arrange an appointment the following day, totally smooth process at the start and all booked in. Next was a disaster.
Similar to my last review with Cacharel - Diva, I followed the instructions and arrived on time at the location and then rang the doorbell. No one answered to buzz me in, so I waited 1 min and rang it again, but still no one would buzz me in. It was 5 minutes passed and I texted the agent who was slow and did not help. Around 8 minutes into my booking, someone buzzed me in and the door opened.
I made my way to the flat number and knocked on the room door, I could hear the girl talking behind the door and she let me in. The girl apologised and accused the agent of never sending her any information about my booking as she was literally just about to go out to meet her friends as she had her purse and heels on ready to go out. This is the second time this has happened to me and the agent did not apologise so I'm inclined to believe the girl. Hope the agent sorts this out.
LocationIn a block of flats. The narrow room was small and dark, shower room was modern, spacious and mostly clean. The bed was fine.
