I travel to DC a lot for work but until now it's been in my married days so pre-punting.
I have recently out of curiosity looked up escorts there as I was planning to go back next month for work but that's now cancelled.
AW offers limited coverage in the US - only found one escort in Washington:

There's nothing like AW locally because prostitution is illegal in Washington (as everywhere in the US except Nevada) - Craigslist used to be the go-to-resource aparrently but shut down it's adult section due to pressure from law enforcement.
Only current resource - similar to Craigslist - seems to be Backpage -

There are still independent escorts and agencies advertising if you google. Maybe they will be a better bet but who knows? There are some very hot chicks there, but prices seem to be more around $300-500 or £200 up. They have disclaimers all over the shop saying this is NOT for prostitution which is illegal, purely for legal services such as "sensual massage" etc.
Still I will probably TOFTT on my next trip and report back but as I say it may be a while now - nothing definite planned.
