Having the good fortune to have a mostly remote job role, I took my laptop with me abroad to the continent. The punting side got off to a slow start, I was catching up with friends in Germany, was underwhelmed by the choice in the laufhaus in Karlsruhe, was too busy socially in Vienna and arrived in Bucharest in searing heat, leading me to cool off at the Black Sea coast. It was however on the return leg through Romania that I could indulge my hobby. I was intending to return to the amazing Alina with her outrageous curves for (300 RON an hour, 2 pops GFE) but just as I as arriving in Sibiu she decamped to Bucharest.

My experiences of punting in Romania therefore started mildly positive with Ana to the definitely good with Giulia to the fabulous with Anda. From the conversations I had, the girls, especially younger ones move around a lot from town to town (Anda was the exception) and seem to have a great deal of autonomy, some form of GFE seems likely and the prices remarkably similar 150 to 200 RON half hours 1 pop and 300 to 350 1 hour 2 pops (£60-70 approx). I might have been lucky but all the punts and the interactions with the girls was very relaxed. They prefer to deal with things by SMS (my preference too) and communication when they did reply initially and confirm meets was good. As has been said before, the address system takes a little getting used to by street, number, building and entrance of building (usually would be blocks of flats) but on the whole, wholly recommended
