Booking: Sent message in the morning to her AW displayed mobile number. Within minutes, got a response that my time slot is fine. I was then sent the full address and information about parking and Overground and Tube.
I sent a response thanking her and my confirmation.
Response from her about services and costs which mirror the AW details.
Heading for the punt: I sent a message 30 min before the punt that I should either be on time or a few min earlier.
Reached Finsbury Park and walked to the location. Found the location easily and sent a message if I could come in early. No response.
I walked pass the place and stood near the Estate Agent further down the road. At this point I was 10 min early. I waited for 2 min before the time and sent another message that I had arrived and waiting for the code to enter the premises. No response.
I then called her. Direct to Voicemail.
Waiting a few more min. Called. Direct to Voicemail.
Walked past the premises to the end of the road. It was now 7 min pass the punt. I then started drafting a message saying that I was waiting for the last 15 min to make contact but I did not get any response. I then said I had no option to cancel the booking.
To this day no response from Rachel.
Another wasted evening. I am not having much luck these days.
