Her location was in Chinatown, I paid for clean air zone online and took a trip to Brum.
Arrived on time and texted - no reply. Attempted to call and straight to voicemail.
Stayed in the area for 20 mins or so and tried texting and calling a few more times but just had been ignored.
Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
