Which destination is better, Dom or Medellin for party, girls and some sightseeing ?

Can't comment on DR but I went to Colombia recently, had an unbelievable time. Check my report.
I've looked through various threads and I think Columbia comes out on top for most people. Cheap women, lots of options and tourist spots too.
