So it's been a while I've posted here...mainly because I 'quit' (easier said than done) and I get very little opportunity but then tried a little trip to see if going to Romania could offer something different. Booked a cheap Wizz air flight for 'work' in June and a Radisson Park inn for two nights, in on Wed night, back Fri afternoon, all under £250. Flight...I was the only non Romanian person on a packed flight...can't really recommend.
Booked transfers as didn't want to faff when I got there, all fairly reasonable. So i'd researched for months thanks to a post on here about Nimformane.com. This is a similar forum except all the SPs are on there and the comments between punters and SPs get quite brutal. Anyway I had a long list, lined up quite a few before I left...annoyingly some I lined up when I got there went silent. All my plan Bs and Cs also weren't replying. So unfortunately I went with the back-ups. Would I go back, maybe. Nimformane is a good source but even after finding english speakers, a few ghosted me once I'd arrived so it's tough going trying to book things. And i decided to avoid non english speakers given my first punt was awkward as hell. Weird cos it' happens here a lot with Brazos and the like but less awkward. Anyway, worth a consideration.
