I have been in France about a year now. Not in Lyon but hope my experience may help.
I have used sexemodel website a few times with mixed results. 1 bait and switch Brazilian who gave really poor service in a crappy apartment then1 chinese girl who matched the picture and gave a half decent service but had little English or French and again in a horrid apartment. Basically I now use the filter to find girls with reviews and then check the reviewers. What you find is some reviewers seem to review the same girls or very similar, maybe Chinese girls for example. You may also notice that what seem to be different profiles are the same girls changing names. Also if the photos look too good to be true, they are!
However I used the above process and found 2 French girls with loads of reviews by different reviewers. With each of these two I asked a lot of questions (by text in one case by phone with the other) and they both seemed to pass the smell test if you know what I mean. As I say my meetings were in Charente area but the girls both tour, Feline17 and Tina. Both meets were fantastic.
