Its a flat and other WGs work out of it, they come and go. It was adequate for my needs, i didnt use the shower as i had had one literally half hour before and got a lift so wasnt at all sweaty.

I've been in the flat several times, and in 3 different rooms. All have tiny en-suite bathrooms with a shower although I've never showered there myself as I have one before arriving to a punt. It's always offered though. The flat is tidy but the entrance looks grubby, above a set of shops but discrete.
