Anyone had any issues with premium lately? .Normally they are spot on. Texted for a booking yesterday and no reply at all so after 24 hours retexed. Did get a reply then but the sp was no longer available at the time I wanted. Very frustrating as I gave plenty of advance notice of the time I wanted but hey ho will have to go with plan b.

Not an issue with comms but when I have messaged lately the sp is always fully booked.

Must have been a genuine glitch. Made a new booking today and worked perfectly with a very prompt reply so thank you Premium
