I recently got back from a few days in Amsterdam. I went with a friend. We flew in on the Friday and left on the Monday.
This is by no means my first Amsterdam trip. I have been 6 times before, but I don’t always punt as it depends on who I am with.
On this occasion, I had 3 punts of varying quality, but I will only mention the two that contrasted the most. It has also been a couple years since I have been, with my last trip being pre-Covid. In my opinion the Red Light District has changed a little since then, so thought it was worth a review.
In terms of whats changed, the Red Light area itself is now smaller. There were many windows which were open last time, that are now closed. If you do a quick Google search you can find a lot of information on the Dutch government’s plans to close the Red Light area. When this was initially suggested they were met with huge backlash, not only from the working girls, but also shop and hotel owners. Due to the backlash, they have decided to reduce the number of windows, with potential plans of building a new Red Light area away from the City Centre.
The second thing that has changed are the prices! It appears to be a flat €100 for 20mins, no matter what time of the day. I remember on my last trip paying €50 for 20mins and the service was so good I went back to her the next day. Now, its €100 across the board.
Punt 1 - After putting our stuff in the hotel and going out for some food, we visited a ‘Coffeeshop’ to buy some weed and a Spacecakes. We then went down to the RLD and strolled around browsing for a couple hours. It was rammed with tourist. Personally, I don’t have the nerve to go into a window when 100’s of tourists are watching. So we just picked which girls we wanted for later, then got a few rounds of beers. At around midnight, the crowds start to thin out. So we decided to walk out of the RLD, smoke our purchases from the ‘coffeeshop’ and eat our Spacecakes. Then, high as a kite, we walked to the ones we had picked out. Both girls were in a window next to each other, which were part of the same building. We both go over at the same time and knock on. Quick negotiations, with both girls stating its €100. They let us in. My friend is led down stairs with his girl, I go upstairs with mine.
Mine was a really pretty blonde Ukrainian girl. Usually, I like my girls a little thick, this one was slim and petite. But for the sake of going into a window side by side with my friend, I was happy with her. Her English wasn’t amazing, but she knew enough to hold a basic convo. She asked me where I was from and if I was enjoying Amsterdam ect. At this point the weed was kicking in harddd! She made a joke about my eyes being red, so I looked in the mirror… I have never seen someone look as stoned. We had a good laugh. Paperwork was exchanged, clothes removed, condom on. She had some serious deepthroat skills. After a couple mins she asked me which position I wanted first. I went for doggy which she was happy with. It didn’t last long! I don’t know if it was the weed or her ridiculously sexy moans, but I shot my load in about 3mins flat. We had a little chat whilst getting dressed. Walked back downstairs and off into the night I went. I was thinking ‘damn, I finished a bit quickly!’ but my friend was already waiting on the corner for me
That was the only punt on the first night, we just continued to smoke until we were forced to retire to the hotel, where we both pretty much fell into a coma.
Punt 2 - Second night. After sticking to a strict diet of Spacecakes and beer, it was around midnight again. We had located who we wanted to see. I had picked another blonde, with a really nice ass. We both go to our windows, my friends is about 5 windows down this time. I ask her is it €100 for bj and sex, she says yes. So I walk through with her to the bedroom area. She then says, which one do you want BJ or sex?… here we fucking go
I say “I thought it was €100 for both?”, so states no you have to pick one. I am high as shit at this point and can’t be bothered arguing, so I say okay I will just have sex. To which she replies “no problem that will be €50 extra”. I tell her I don’t have any cash and she says I can pay it by card. I am so annoyed I say I will just take the BJ then. She gives me a half-hearted bj for about 2mins and I can tell Im not gonna cum from this, so just decide to pay the €50 extra on card. She gets the card machine out and tells me there is a €20 card charge as well
I just fucking pay it, put her in doggy and blast her with pure frustration until I cum. Clothes on, storm out!
These are two good examples of what you can get in Amsterdam. You just never know. I guess its the same with punting anywhere. Regardless of the bad experience, I still love Amsterdam for punting because its just so unique. Walking round the windows and ‘shopping’ whilst a spacecake you ate 2 hours ago tries to drag you to another dimension. For me, there is nowhere like it. You just have to take the good with the bad. Had a great time overall, will definitely return.
