She's based on a fairly new-built residential area - your sat/nav might not like it, but she does provide detailed instructions of how to get there, where to park etc. All very straightforward.
Looks-wise, she's a total 10. I haven't really sat down and considered this, but she's a contender for most facially attractive SP I've ever seen.
