Total time waster - see attached.   

I was looking for a punt in the local area - I text her and asked her for the price and services she replied the services and asked to be notified 15 min prior.

I text her 15 min in advance, she replied not available for another 45 min.

I told her I will see her then

text let her know that I'm by the building - no reply

send another text - no reply

call her - no answer

she marked it as available and reply to the booking request but go silent once the client shows up
