Whilst it's useful to hear Pept31's take, back-to-back bookings is definitely valid grounds for a neutral. It does offer the potential for poor hygiene.

I've been brushed off of SPs who say they need a minimum of 30 mins between clients. I mark this as a strong plus point.

Nothing worse than seeing a guy exit and then getting a text asking for a 5 mins start delay. I often book at 15 and 45 to try and minimise such scenarios.

Try improving your reading comprehension, see below why I rated neutral which has nothing to do with what time I arrived. Rating would have been the same regardless. I'll even bold the relevant parts for you.
