Was working in the area this past week and this establishment caught my eye. Wasn't In a position to drop in due to work commitments, but keen to line up a visit soon

Would be heading there as a single guy and wondered if anybody had any recent experiences there.......I'd be drawn to the play rooms etc

yes, i have been twice this year, once in the last month or so. Both times i went with a lady.

Firstly, its the only one of its kind i have been to so have nothing else to compare it to. Its quite a small club - the online write up describes luxurious surrounding and this and that. I wouldn't say that. i would say quite basic. You are given a towel so you don't need to take anything with you. I went on a week day, not the weekend and it was very quiet. Only a couple of people in there - one other couple on one occasion plus a couple of single guys , one single lady and about 3 or 4 single guys the other time. i only saw a couple of guys in the playroom, watching porn on a large scree and wanking themselves off.

downstairs there is a sauna, a steam room, showers, a hot tub (holds about 6 people) and a very basic kitchen /sitting area (you can help yourself to free tea/coffee and soft drink. no alcohol). Upstairs there are 3  small playrooms (one with a window so you can watch anyone in there, one with a swing and one is pitch black when you close the door) and a larger playroom - with 3 "beds" and the large screen tv playing porn.

if you go as a single guy hoping for some action, you will be disappointed or very very lucky!

So just to check on this place. You pay an entrance fee of say £30 for a weekday daytime entrance
and can then get a Swedish full body massage for £55 and is this by massagers working there?

Could this include hand relief or do you have to wank yourself off? Also seeing there are open play rooms
are others going to watch you get serviced?

last time i was there i was told they didn't have a masseuse at that time but before, she was topless but strictly no touching was allowed - i just laid back and enjoyed it. Not sure what the reaction might have been if i had tried to wank myself.

The small playroom with the window - yes other can watch you, and in the large playroom there can be other in the room (on one of the other two "beds") . The other two small playroom (the one with the swing and the pitch black one) does not have a window so no one can watch if you close the door. The (unwritten) rule there is - if the door is open, the occupants are open to others to join them, if the door is closed - they don't want to be disturbed.

You ask "are others going to watch you get serviced?" -  as a male, you don't get serviced unless you take your own lady with you or unless you are exceedingly lucky and there is a lady in there who wants to play with you. But, based on my two visits, weekdays, and as said above, its very quiet and very very few ladies at all. I was told weekends were busier but anywhere like that is always going to have fair more men than ladies. As a single male, you are highly unlikely to get any action.

as above, this is a swingers place, not a place that the staff offer any services of any kind above a topless massage.
There is no touching of the masseuse allowed, and wanking yourself would result in termination of the massage.

Its entirely up to the customers within the place, if they interact with other customers.
Sometimes couples will hook up with other couples, or single males, sometimes you'll get a greedy girl who'll "service" all the males. Couples will often keep themselves to themselves, making use of a private room.
Sometimes there is no action at all, with just a few single males there.
You're paying your entrance fee to use the facilities, nothing more.

Dress code is naked, except for the towel provided.

I've only been on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights.  You are rolling the dice whether you get lucky and also tbh depends how desperate you are, based on some of the ladies/couples coming in.  I've got lucky on most visits but there's no guarantee unless you take someone. Wednesday's recently it's been £10 so if you're curious maybe try go then so it's lighter on the wallet. Friday is lingerie night and Sat has been busy around 7/8 when I've gone..  no idea about the massages, never asked
