Not far outside Rome is a historic town of Ostia Antica, if you can drive from their down towards the coast it takes you through a large pine forest area. The whole place is crawling with hookers, some nationals and lots of Thai and Chinese, watch out for the local Cabinerie!!.  Being very hot in the summer months most of the girls are not wearing much and keep disappearing into the woods!.

Yes same sort of thing I came across. Lots of men drive down from Rome to sample the 'outdoor pussy!'.
