I was asked to confirm by 10am which I did at 8am

Calendars aren't reliable they are often changed. The only way to be sure is to contact them directly.

No, not at all, just seemed strange to me about the Sunday booking, as I myself would like a Sunday booking, I have had my eye on Nicole for a while due to reports on here, but never found her to be available on said day

I get where you're coming from, but the overall experience was negative for the OP, and I'd have given a red one just the same.  An escort who chooses somebody else (i.e. an agency) to do her "admin" puts her reputation in their hands too. 

Also, there's a rule that, "Only one sex worker can be the subject of a review, not a whole agency/establishment/brothel."

The simple fact is that only the actual escort can be reviewed, the agencies, no matter how much to blame they are, can't. The escort pays the agency to take care of her bookings so it's up to her to make sure they do the job properly, if they don't it comes back on her.
