On one of the police shows I saw, they were shown monitoring vivastreet for trafficking, so if there was a review on a girl in a house they suspect was being used for that, this site would be a good source of info, for example this review a few days ago https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=372359.0 - would be pretty useful if you were monitoring that particular house.

Heck, I reckon the owners of the site received an approach from the police to post info on where potential trafficking etc then they (and most of us) would be really welcoming of that - so there'd be less need for website monitoring.
