Prime example here to never argue with a bad SP. If in case of a bad punt, take it on the chin, or there is always UKpunting. Easier said than done but the money used for punting, like gambling, should always be 100% disposable. Money you don’t mind losing, or would have otherwise wasted on some bullshit. Chunk of my punting budget, I pull from my past Mackies budget. Genuinely, when I thought about all the money I spent on mackies for work lunch and then random cravings, there was a punt or two in it. No better for the pocket but definitely better for the waist line
