If you were a longer standing member I imagine you'd get a bit of stick, but as you are not, I'll just say that if you use VS always expect the lady behind the door not to match the photos, unless there are compelling reasons to expect otherwise. Other than there is an AW profile too, at least 90% chance it will be either a completly different person or if it's the same person, the photos will not be representative of how she currently looks.
