If you search for asian escorts on Viva Street you get a Philippines hot girl come up, but when you click the profile nothing happens. I'm not a big Viva Street user, so I don't know if it's a glitch, or a sign the profile is deactivated.

I noticed that and came to the same conclusion. As a result it is not possible to view the VS number to search for reviews.
