So theres been a scam I've seen more popular on AW lately. SW, usually in a large group, offer meets in Private chat and carry on making arrangements on WhatsApp. Once on Whatsapp they get you to send them money for content, usually with somesense of urgency (I need to make money tonight to make my rent, need money for petrol etc). Content might or might not arrive or match what was promised. But if you like the girl, or they present as compatible to you, you get hooked on what them fancy YouTube sociologists call a "parasocial relationship": you like them so you think they value you too.

The game is to keep you hooked as long as possible with no-shows and then elaborate excuses.

And once hooked in you keep playing along hoping that they will turn out to be genuine, that you've not been a fool all along.

Anyway, that's what this girl does. Had a shit week, I'm trusting by nature anyway so I fell for it.

Christ, two in one week. Yeah I know I'm an idiot but fuck it "At least be a warning to others".

Yes, Two attempts, bizzare excuses like they got lost on the way or accidentally fell asleep before leaving. Also asking for petrol money etc.

This kind of scam is common in SA. Any girl that you've never met and only see on your laptop screen starts to ask you for money or payments for some more "exclusive" content is bullshit. They always have rent issues or are too poor to use food banks or need to pay their utility bill, blah, blah, blah.

I saw a police interrogation video of a guy who rinsed his and his family's savings for a cam girl. And it didn't end well when his family didn't give him any more money. At least the guy got his rocks off right up to the end.

Yes this sort of clipping is on the rise - you see on SA, SB etc. they'll clip small amounts but with that many punters it adds up. You'd see some/many AW girls in SA/SB, for sure. But vice versa not so much. That's my explanation for the dearth of quality girls you'd use to get on AW; it's easier to make and take on SA. There are many who will give money for a bit of titillation, not knowing pornhub is free.

She's recently changed that on her profile. Maybe you're right, maybe I need to question why I get into states where I act with poor judgement and ignore the signs.

I mean this in the nicest possible way, but if you really think that's just a "maybe" after it's happened seven times, that's a bit of a red flag!
