Booked an hour with Crystal who's a newbie at Privy Massage in Leicester. Booking was confirmed by text.
2 mins before the booking was due to start I got a missed call from them.
I arrived at the apartment, and called up. Cystal answered. Her English, which is apparently fluent according to the website, was definitely not fluent. Told me the apartment number was fiftyone 3 1.
I tried buzzing up but she then told me to call the agency as the booking was cancelled. I phoned the agency and they said another booking had come through for 4pm (mine was at 15.15). Was told mine had been cancelled but I can reschedule for 17.45 (presume the new one was for 90 mins and they'd prefer the longer booking).
They apologised but I don't see why they couldn't just move the next one back by 15 mins. And contacting me 2 mins before the appointment is poor service.
Won't be using Privy for a while.
As an added note, I thought I'd try new Thai House but it was shut?
