Yeah providers that actually do a good massage but also provide OWO are rare as rocking horse dung. Either they are whores that can't be bothered to get decent massage training as they make enough money enough providing sexual services or are bona fide masseuses that don't want to be considered as whores.

One strategy worth trying is to phone up a few of the Thai agencies and ask which of their escorts actually offers a decent massage as part of their services. Never figured Irina for being much skilled with massage so if you're after a genuinely skilled masseuse there are others who have been reviewed (and more recently).
If you searched "b2b owo" in London and ordered by newest then a fair number of girls/crews come up in the results ahead of Irina (you've spotted this was a year ago) at no. 45
Irina has been noted here and on other sites to be somewhat lax with protection if you're considering more than OWO and prefer to play less risky prospects.  Not sure what other services of hers you find so attractive given you've only declared b2b and OWO.
