Now I have complained previously about agency comms, sometimes getting replies after 7 hours, and other times the next day. But this time I wanted to see Imogen. The comms took a total of 3 hours and eventually my desired girl (Ava) was no longer available so I was given a few options by the agency. I opted for Imogen this time as I had no backup option (which I usually do considering the late replies I get. Anyway, I was booked into see Imogen for a 1 hour incall, and arrived at the location near Cardiff City Stadium (15 mins walk from cardiff central). Texted to say I had arrived, and received no response. I waited around for 5-10 mins before I sent several messages via Whatsapp and even called but no response. Eventually 20 mins into the booking I get a reply back saying an issue has come up and unfortunately Imogen is no longer available. I was offered a choice of Rhia, Natalia, Marni who would be game in 1 hour and was also offered £10 off the booking. I couldnt wait around any longer as I had to be back, finally settled for a last min 30 mins pump and dump VS meet with a Rom (External Link/Members Only) - review to follow (negative)

Summary

Meet didnt happen. Poor all around comms with the agency and a resulting no show on arrival. Wasnt interested in the girls who were being forced upon me. Saw a VS EE lass instead which was a shit punt but at least it only set me back £80.

Quite appalling considering Ive been a regular to now being messed around like this. I'm not sure if the agency now has a new management or what, but it certainly isn't like what it used to be.

Sorry to hear mate. I've noticed thier coms has been particularly shit so I've stayed away. Can't see me going back if the poor reviews keep coming. Losing Raven might end up really hurting them.

I've had enough as well. Probs should have moved on from using them months ago. There are better options if you're happy to pay a bit more

That’s definitely not the case for all of them. Alice (and Raven when she was with them) definitely control their own profiles. Ava, I think the AW profile’s run by the agency.

I believe that Natalia works part indi and part agency.

I had comms with her about a month back and I got the impression that the City Centre flat is her place and the Mermaid Quay flat was Portfolio’s.

Comms were prompt and friendly which is not how the agency have been lately.  I would personally say that the SP handles her own AW comms.  I maybe wrong but that is the impression I got.

Thanks, last time I booked her it was definitely the agency replying, some of the replies were obviously 'cut and paste' though they were prompt at least. I'll see how it goes next week

I've never had any real issues with Portfolio comms.  On the odd occassion I haven't had a speedy response, I have chased and always got an answer.  Defo room for improvement but not an issue at all.

Same with me really, sometimes you have to chase them . I think a lot of issues could be put down to unreliability of the girls. ie a girls says she will work 3 days but makes a lot of cash first 2 days , then goes AWOL on the third day

Their coms I find either spot on or take absolutely ages. I think it just depends when you message or phone them.

I've messaged at 7am on some days receiving replies after lunch time.  It's exhausting. Comms have been good in the past but 180 in the last 6 months or so.

I totally get it, I was a regular at the agency for three years, the last time I tried booking was beginning of Jan I spent 3.5hrs on the Monday trying to sort a booking for the Friday going bk and fore with girls and outfits I finished with "great can I book that" I had a reply late on Thursday saying sorry she is now fully booked. Dreadful customer service.

That was the light bulb moment for me, I wouldn't put up with that kind of service from any other industry so why have I been tolerating it for so long when there are plenty of viable options out there.

I try to be loyal but when it's not reciprocated il give my business to someone who appreciates it.

I've experienced this far too many times from the agency as well, I'm not sure what business model they are running but if its turning loyal punters away it cant be good.

Portfolio are good value at £150/HR which is why I've used them for years but now that the Comms have been absolute shite for the past 6 months or so, I've taken my services elsewhere. Happy to pay a bit more if it means I get a better service.
