Are you talking over-priced "tantra" girls charging more than 200ph escorts for less services?
There are some agencies running mobile outcall and a few premises which have been noted here in recent years but there are still plenty of massage parlours trading all over London and I'd wager there are more girls in the parlours than at agencies and offering services for less than 50+100 for incall.
