I'd avoid it if you can now. Because it's cheap and tucked away out of town, the council and some housing associations often fill it up with people they either can't or don't want to place in permanent accommodation.
It used to be ideal for escorts because each room is accessible straight off the car park. But, now it gets regular visits from the police for antisocial behaviour and drug issues. It was good for some of the escorts to use at first. But to have fights, people milling about outside with nothing to do and the police being called so often, they stopped using it. Now, if you can't get a room, it's usually because the council have filled them up with every loudmouthed bellend they can get out of the town centre.
