Initial comms were sharp and short in typical EE style. No kissing and only OW included. A little bit different for me as I usually like a GFE but it was slim pickings in Sunderland on the day I was free (or any day by the looks of it lately).
Got the postcode which was just a little outside of Sunderland city centre. Parked a couple of streets away and called.
