I arranged a same day meet, as she doesn't do advance bookings. I got asked a few questions which I answered, and was given the postcode. I arrived at the agreed location. Messaged her, and got no response. I waited 15 minutes before walking and arranging to meet someone else.

If it was a simple case of being delayed, etc, I would have waited, but I got nothing. No response or explanation at all. I won't bother to attempt a booking again.

I'm guessing that either she's so busy that she's able to be selective within her own lights, or that she / her assistant are organisationally incompetent and not thinking about lean periods where reputation and civility count. I was recently given the race and age questions, and having replied, got no further. She will receive no future custom from me, that's for sure.
