Unusual profile arrangement (well I have never seen it before) so please read with care.

Correct. And in similar situations, I would have assumed there was a coordinator/pimp/boyfriend of some description.

However, the way it was explained to me, there is no coordinator. They are a bunch of girls working part time and using a shared profile for convenience.

As I mentioned before I cannot prove or disprove this explanation. I just thought it was interesting and certainly plausible.

My experience is 1) they are genuine 2) The escort stated that this is what they do : share a single profile between friends rather than have to go thru the review/approval process for every one.
