I was wondering after 16 months on here who else the OP may have seen 

Perhaps unfortunate timing so soon after her Negative but if this Positive is to counter the Neg then reading the review through it doesn't actually seem to be a glowing endorsement of her when you look at the details, reads more like a Neutral IMO

That was my initial thought too and I almost posted something about the review timing being suspect but don't really like doing that in case it's actually genuine.

The problem is when someone has no post history then it's always going to look suss

John, OK that makes sense as I believe people do show as being members even if they sign up but don't complete with the payment

Can you see however why other members may view your review with some scepticism based on it being a Positive review within a week of someone else posting a Negative review 
Over the years it's happened countless times where a girl / pimp / friend of the girl has posted a "Counter review" to try and negate a recent Negative review and shed doubt on it

In this instance it was your 1st post so does look highly suspicious however if you continue to post reviews and comments then i'm sure everyone will simply move on

Same happened to me, I really struggled to sort out the bitcoin, it took me about a year as BR said do a few more reviews and comments from other meetings and you can get in the swing of things.
Without new members and new reviews we all lose out
