Under site rules, am I allowed to give a negative for shit comms/radio silence especially after her initial routine intro followed by "What Time"? When I tell her what time, she simply can respond booked or book another time, not rocket science!!

To do a review you need to have actually had a booking time confirmed and i'm picking up here that you didn't quite get that far 

I've had girls where you ask if they are working and get a reply saying yes then asking what time you want, my response is to go back with a time and how long asking if they are free.
Hopefully you get a yes but sometimes no reply comes through as they are presumably already booked at that time, what i don't understand is why the girl doesn't come back saying no but I can do XYZ time, if it's within an hour or 2 of the time I want then I can often agree the alternative time.

Shit comms are annoying but not grounds for a review in themselves if a booking time isn't agreed on, from the rules -

Correct, no booking confirmed after her or handler asked "what time" since yesterday. Just 💯 radio silence/ignorance. Like I said and you said, all a Pro SP has to say is something along the lines of "sorry not free at that time darling/or suggest another time on the day" Even day after if fully booked/not available, completely understandable. Fair play to Frank for meeting her and having a great time but this is the EXACT reason why I am very hesistant meeting someone with ZERO AW feedback. I think it's sometimes an issue with girls who are busy and also if English is their 2nd language, then if you combine both 

If I think back to late last year and probably my best punt of the year with Thai Zonya who i'd punted twice and then tried seeing again a few days later so she knew I was genuine but I didn't get a reply to the "Are you available at XYZ" time so I assume she was booked.
