External Link/Members OnlySignage for the shop is slightly confusing as the door under the sign for Oriental Thai Spa leads to a set of flats. The shop shares an entrance with the barber shop and you need to go through the barber shop to find the desk and treatment room which are located at the back.
Greeted by Natalie (Nat), who is petite and pretty, probably mid-thirties (picture can be seen on the website). Offered water and tea and asked to complete a questionnaire - asks for name, address, dob, contact details and any ailments. Completed this whilst I waited for previous customer to leave and for the room to be prepared (only one massage room). Also given a selection of oils to smell and choose for my massage (nice touch).
Led into the room and asked to undress, but keep underwear on. Room is nicely decorated and clean, can tell Nat has put a lot of effort into the design. Massage was performed whilst covered with a towel. Pleasant and very thorough with whole body (bar abdomen) being massaged front and back. Oil immediately cleaned off with a hot towel after each body part. No swipes or anything to suggest any extras. Could have been harder but very relaxing with the hot stones (felt good as never tried this before) and she also steamed my face at the end. When she finished she immediately left the room, didn't try to ask about extras. Massage overran by approx 10-15 minutes. Offered tea and water again. Paid the outstanding balance by cash upon leaving.
Very relaxing massage and Nat is very professional and attentive. Pretty sure there's nothing else on offer, but would return again to try some of the other treatments.
