Used the AW message system to request an appointment.  Followed up with a text soon after the time she said she started for the day (11am).  Available Today appeared promptly at about 11am, but my message remained, and still remains unread.

Got a text at 1.45pm: started work, can see me anytime now, together with Uxbridge postcode which appeared to be close to the Pavilions shopping centre.  Arranged to meet at 3pm.

Got there at 3pm and texted her. 

15mins later got reply with block of flats she is in.  No assistance with whereabouts that might be.  Google maps not particularly helpful, but wandered around and found it.  That was at 3.30pm when I asked for the flat number.  I then received, after prodding, a text saying she needed to get dressed 

At 3.45pm I texted to say I would leave if she still wasn't ready, and at 3.55pm final ultimatum, and 4pm I boarded a train.

A bit later I texted to accuse her that she had no intention of honouring my appointment as no apology was forthcoming.  Half an hour later I did receive an apology.

So 3 hours wasted (inc travelling to/from), but on the upside I'm £150 better off. 

I'm keeping the texts as a record, in case someone disputes it.
