When I do that all I'm getting is that some of the evidence the Romanian authorities wanted to use has been ruled. And suggestions that British authorities want to extradite him.

I wouldn't call that "completely out of the woods".

Yes the recent ruling relates to some of the evidence in the first case against them, but not the second Romanian case. Also whatever the outcome they will be extradited to UK to face charges here.

Apparently the alleged trafficker and rapist tweeted that he was in the clear as soon as some of the evidence was thrown out. Probably the root of the confusion here.

If somebody posts a claim etc it is not unreasonable to expect them to give you a clue what they are on about.

I suppose he could be in the clear here if upon extradition and a subsequent trial he roundhouse kicked the prosecution and judge before being carried aloft to Parliament on the shoulders of Nigel Farage and Tommy Roinson before being acquitted by a ruling of sovereign citizens.

I did. But what came up was  much less clear cut than what was suggested by the post. I am not arrogant enough to suggest that I had covered every potential avenue and if there was something that provided this level of clarity I would have been interested to read it.
