TL;RD I think she's quite happy to go for a conveyor belt, and I wasn't.

I tried to book 10am (her start time), was offered 10:45, thought (that's not long especially if there's a late start), so opted for 11am which was confirmed.

Arrived at 10:55, informed her I was ready, was told she was not ready yet.  A bit surprised given the extra 15 minutes.  Got to 11:10 and I figured she's tried to sneak another punter in there.

I wasn't in the mood for P&D at £80 so I walked.

Maybe walk after 10 mins is harsh so Neutral.

Indeed I thought she was just being slow this morning when I set off.  Weird that she doesn't show it on AW because a message I'd sent was read but not answered, while texts were answered promptly with good English and no misunderstandings.
