New massage shop in Southport

Hi guys, apologies if this is posted in the wrong section, as it’s not a review.

I was in Southport today and noticed a new massage shop whilst walking down Eastbank street, Southport, on the bridge that goes over the railway. It’s called Rainbow spa. It doesn’t state whether it’s Thai or Chinese but the front window does show oriental type ladies with the opening hours and phone number. I remember reading a post a few weeks ago about a new Chinese massage shop in Southport but i don’t think there was any signage up on the shop at the time of the review. Just wondering if it’s the same shop.

Yes it is the same place. They advertised on viva street for a while but it's disappeared now. Not sure if they are on another site like gumtree. There are a couple of reviews. One is from me! It's a Chinese place.

Thanks Degsy101, for confirming that. Had a feeling it might have been the place where you went by were you described the location of the shop.

I passed a couple of days ago and there was Christmas paper over the windows but no signage.
The number 92 was made out of Christmas paper and stuck on the door.
I could obviously see some joinery work going on inside through a gap in the paper.

Not certain, but there's a suggestion this new place is  run by the same people as Rainbow Spa in Huddersfield
Looks like that may have changed ownership in October as the existing company was wound up then

Looks like the Huddersfield shop closed and this is the replacement business

Passed again tonight and the signage is up.......The Rainbow Spa
Looked like it was in darkness though but I could have been mistaken as I was driving.

Passed by a couple of days ago, it was all in darkness although there is absolutely no clear glass to see if anybody was at a desk or what. There is a mobile number on the shop sign and I did ring to see if I could be the first to TOFTT but the phone immediately stated it wasn't available.

The plot thickens. When will it open? Especially as there are no new ads on AW, VS or on Gum.

Now I've noticed a new advert with the phone number off the shop.

Obviously waiting for the New Year doldrums to disappear.
