I went to both places last year as a first timer in Berlin. I met a really nice and cute girl in King George and had fun there because of her really. Just a fluke i think, so wouldn't recommend it as the other girls couldn't even compare to her. At Caligula all the girls begged for tips as soon as they got you undressed and that basically ruined the experince. On my next visit to Berlin a few months later, I didn't bother with either of those places and went to Erlebniswohnung, Anni Porsche and Insomnia. Far better vfm at either of those places as i see it.
