Comms reasonably easy (messaged over AW and agreed timings and preferences). Got the address by text and rang on arrival for final directions.
On arrival is where it all started going downhill. Looks-wise, I'd not give her a very high score. Physically probably similar to her photos but facially not great. On top of that, the entire house smells like a f***ing ashtray. It's a bit untidy and basic facilities you might take for granted are missing, so really not the best environment.
She's very open to doing whatever (accurate likes list, did DFK, fingering, rimming, OWO, RO anal play, sex), but a bit lacking on enthusiasm. Had to go through it all (what I wanted) despite having gone through it over messaging which I guess wasn't really read properly.
