Well it seems like Rita was busy yesterday.  Until then she only had one review which is the Birmingham area and I thought I'd be the first to put on in the East Midlands section but a couple of people have pipped me to the post.

Location - as described.  It is the block which gave Iloveoral a near coronary when he went there to see another girl with the six flights of stairs but there is indeed a lift ( which I think he found on the way back down ) it is just tucked a little around the corner from the entry.  I did actually find navigating to the block a little tricky and ended up being late which is rare for me.  I think she had another customer in the meantime as I had to wait half an hour and someone came out and got into the vehicle parked in front of mine around the time I got a text back from her.

The girl is also as described.  A very pretty lass with a good figure.  Her breasts are large and soft and have not been touched by the surgeon and she has a nicely rounded derriere.  She has a shaven haven.  She is fairly quiet and there wasn't a lot of eye contact for much of the meet.  Her English is okay but probably functional more than anything.

I could have perhaps gone with a neutral and I think a few punters would have done in my shoes but overall I did enjoy the meet.  We started with some fondling and cuddling.  She doesn't do FK but I am ( sadly ) getting used to this and it is more of a pleasant surprise when it does happen.  However, he body felt great sliding against mine and I was able to kiss much of it which was enjoyable.

On to business and we went into 69.  This was good although I am not sure how much she got from this.  I like to think my ability in this area has improved over the years and I've had experiences where I have felt reasonably certain they've got off on it.  However, I've known a couple of girls more recently who actively avoid RO and position themselves in such a way during 69 as to probably ensure I'll struggle to help them reach the destination.  On one occasion when I have asked about this she said it was because she didn't want to orgasm if she had more customers as she would feel tired.  Anyway, it got me going and we switched to cowgirl.

As I left, I had a similar experience to one of the other reviewers in that I am pretty sure the guy on the other side of the door was the next punter.

Details I forgot at the beginning - 1hr for £130.  Owo is twenty extra ( I think ) but I didn't bother.  There might have been one or two other extras listed on the text and if I get chance I will look those up and add them in a reply.

Good review, thanks. It is a shame more SPs don't kiss or do RO but their choice at the end of the day. She must have had a run of punters at the end of the day because she did say she'd been quiet and I didn't have to wait for anyone to come out.

Bloody hell this is a popular one.

I also struggle navigating that place. It’s more of a faff than other venues and doesn’t help that the instructions they give you are slightly off - use the handle to open the gate after entering the code when there is no handle, go to the block straight ahead when it’s the one to the right.

Not all of the girls working out of this apartment are linked but the oriental ones with the confusing instructions seem to be as the comms are identical. I’ve seen 2 so far there (and one Polish girl) and got double booked with both of them as you did - think this is their standard approach.

I don't think the do themselves too many favours with the pricing which might account for why one or two of the girls find it a little quieter at times.  I've moaned about this before but it's worth mentioning again here as this girl is £130 instead of £120. 

When I started punting mainly Thai girls it was probably about thirteen/fourteen years ago. British girls in parlours at that time probably charged around the same price as the indie Thai girls but independent British girls and agency girls were more like £150 for the hour.  For fifty pounds less, you got a girl who was probably better looking and the service was usually better too.

A few years ago, it went from £100 to £120.  However, if you booked for two hours, it was still £200.  I actually prefer more of a GFE most of the time and even if I try something a little more adventurous I will quite happily spend another hour doing something more laid back.  I'm not a particularly demanding punter.  I'm fairly average in terms of size and probably more of a slow burner on the lovemaking front so I'm not going to be pounding away with some twelve inch monster leaving her sore for the rest of the day.  I would say it's a fairly easy punt for the girl and if she is up for it I might even be able to show her a bit of a good time while we're at it. 

The thing is now, there is less incentive to go for a longer punt.  The girls don't tend to stay in one place so it is difficult to build up a rapport and there is no pricing incentive to go for longer.  If they threw in all the 'extra' services for a longer punt ( i.e no price reduction but you get owo, cim, DFK, and all the other stuff without paying extra ) that would at least provide an incentive. 

It's understandable they've put their prices up and it seems fair enough really, but if they are not getting the custom they need, it might be worth looking at making longer punts a better choice for their customers.

The gate is a bit of a faff as the keypad is in a weird position.  However, it was navigating to the venue using the satnav which was really difficult.  I missed a turn and then the satnav ended up sending me all over the place.  I'm sure it started sending me somewhere else at some point. 

Back in the days when I used to use maps, it was more of a pain having to pull over every now and again but I very rarely missed a turn.

Good review matey I remember the place, my bad for reading the text wrong she said use the lift I thought I’d read don’t use the lift, I was about dead when I finally got up those damn stair

I think you might be out of luck as she said she was going to Basingstoke.  Wouldn't be surprised if she is back at some point though.
