I've tried some of the ingredients in the 'cum holy grail' and here's my thoughts: YMMV.

Zinc 50mg - makes cum milky white.

Lecithin - 1200mg daily did build a 'thicker' load. I used Soy Lecithin and others swear by Sunflower Lecithin. Take 3x 1200mg gels the night before and 6x 1200mg the morning of punt, you'll be throwing thick hoops of the stuff!  :wackogirl:


I spotted this post last month and treated myself to some sunflower lecithin and zinc supplements as a christmas gift to myself. Been taking it for about 10 days now, and (aptly) mix the lecithin into my morning protein shake (with some creatine also). Yeah - grabbed a tub of this External Link/Members Only.

Simple scoop and weigh approach. They recomend 10g on the container. Pop the blender jug on some scales. Add water first so all the powders are at the right end of the jug come blending time, and reset scale each time I add something.

Having one of these for breakfast is a great way to start the day... 34g protein (28% of 120 target), 400ml water (16% of 2500 target), and a good vehicle for creatine and now lecithin.

Yeah I take sunflower lecithin, 1200mg tabs, and confirm they seem to be what does the trick and helps me shoot like spiderman.

Have had a lot of comments from WGs since taking it all remarking on the load I shoot even when it's just in the condom. Yep no worries, get them off eBay, Now Foods Sunflower Lecithin 200 1200mg softgels. Last me ages. Generally take 2 per day, once in morning and in evening. Have tried taking more than one at once but generally find that makes me nauseous though others have said they take quite a few before a punt and end up painting the poor girl.

As with things like this do be careful, I'm not a medical expert and wouldn't want to cause any problems though personally never suffered any ill effects form taking them and I'm on loads of meds.

Apparently zinc also helps and I take that too, 50mg in the evening and never on an empty stomach or it will make you sick.
