TIPS TO RESTORING OUR HEALTH:


1) GET GOOD AMOUNT OF SLEEP



2) LOWER YOUR MENTAL STRESS



3) GET IN THE SUN


4) ELIMINATE INFLAMMATORY FOODS

Common inflammatory foods:

• Sugar

• Dairy

• Gluten

• Soy

• Processed foods

• Allergens



5) HEAL YOUR GUT

Tips to help heal the gut:

• Eat whole, organic foods that aren’t inflammatory

• Enjoy prebiotic foods and other fibers

• Add fermented foods to your diet

• Take 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before meals

• Add bone broth to your diet to help restore your gut lining

• Avoid over the counter heartburn drugs

Feel free to add to this list. Please include any tips that has worked for you on your personal journey towards health.

I am hoping the list will grow and that other members will contribute to this list of any health tips that is working or has worked to make them healthier in one way or another.   :hi:

No 3 is going to be a bit difficult this time of the year.

I would add sleep when you want, eat what you like and live life to the full. You may not live as long as someone who follows all these tips but you'll be a lot happier ☺️

Ps . Something missing from the list. Get plenty of exercise ( sex burns off lot of calories)
