Yep I've been married 7 years, had my one off punt a few weeks ago, now in the process of booking my second one off punt this Wednesday 

Classic.  I started punting 5 years into my first marriage.  Just a one off.  To start with I just had HR cos that wasn't sex so like Bill Clinton I felt it wasn't being unfaithful.  That lasted about 3 years then a fab lass in Leeds was just irrestistible so I tried FS just once. 

That was 15 years ago, average 2 FS punts a week since then, so 1500 punts give or take.  Got one last punt booked for tomorrow and another for Friday just in case...

I'm not sure I view it quite like that. I've replaced one bad habit with another. That said, I can feel the health benefits and can definitely shag for longer.

Whereas i view punting as a good and fun habit if you can afford it, smoking has NO upside to me.

Stopping smoking, frees up the punting cash, I was having an extra couple of punts a month when I gave up, a reward to myself for not smoking.

It certainly did for me when i gave up Cannabis and heavy drinking many years ago.

I know what you mean. Perhaps I'll think of it as giving up a bad habit and I've replaced it with a naughty and rather fun habit. I'm sure without punting I wouldn't have stopped smoking - it's given me something else to focus on. Probably one punt a month is paid for by not smoking.

I'm not sure I'd really recommend it though

Been 3 years now. Started 6 months before marriage to get it out if system. 2 weeks before marriage punted pornstar Rebecca more.
