No need for you to presume anything, read his review it clearly states he booked 30 minutes what more do you want.   

It seems very obvious to anyone with a modicum of sense when reading his review that the booking length was 30 minutes and there was another girl included for the 'very reasonable price' of £140. It is quite a comprehensive review so if the time had to be reduced because of the second girl I'm sure it would have been mentioned, it isn't.
