I thought it was because my last AW feedback was from last year and she’s put some kind of filter on for more recent feedback only..

I'm about to do a review, but she did get back to me fairly quickly and I've no real AW feedback. She does work a "proper" job as well I think and maybe only logs in once a day. She replied to me later the same day I'd sent an enquiry.
