Messaged a few months back about how much notice she needed for a booking, was told 20-30 mins so messaged her.   Got a response hours later so if you want to try, try make it a little in advance (unless it was a day she wasn't near her AW email much...)

My experience is that poor comms on her part.
Reads messages but doesn't respond. Eventually agreed date time as per her availability on AW, on the day sends me a message say that it is non working day??

Yes, she does that even to previous clients.... Really not good and also get the impression she pretty much do anything
